Raw Granola

DRY8 c rolled oats 1 c raw pepitas (shelled pumpkin seeds) 1 c raw, unsalted sunflower seeds 1 c sesame seeds 1 c unsweetened coconut 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp cardamom

WET 1 c olive oil 1 c raw honey 1 tsp cinnamon

Combine WET in a sauce pan over low heat until incorporated. Mix up DRY. Pour sauce over dry. Mix it up. Put into air tight containers/jars. Put a couple containers in the fridge and couple in the freezer.
